Volunteer Committees

ADMISSIONS
Staff ticket booth and Will Call areas and assist security to ensure all patrons have proper credentials.
 
CARTS/SHUTTLES
Manage the cart area and control the charging, distribution, and collection of carts to authorized personnel. Transport Champions Tour professionals, Caddies, Volunteers, and other VIPS along select routes.
 
DRIVING RANGE
Maintain a suitable, secure area for all contestants by organizing range balls, beverages, player ID signs, and verifying credentials. Committee is by invitation only.
 
LASER OPERATORS

Operate a lightweight, mobile laser tripod (similar to a camcorder) and record distance measurements.
 
MARSHALS
Stationed along the tee, fairway, crosswalk and green of each golf hole, marshals provide a comfortable environment for all participants, and ensure spectator safety.
 
MEDIA CENTER

Assist with general operations of the Media Center and greet/register media on-site.
 
PRO-AM/HOSPITALITY

Assist with amateur registration and gift bag assembly and distribution prior to tee times/shotguns. Hospitality committee members are responsible for ensuring that all patrons have proper credentials to enter the hospitality areas located on the 17th and 18 holes, and greet guests upon arrival.
 
SCORING/LEADERBOARDS

Obtain scorecards from Champions Tour professionals and relay scoring information to Tournament Officials, as well as maintain the manual leaderboards throughout Tournament week.
 
STANDARD BEARERS
Carry a standard with the names and scores of a group of Champions Tour professionals throughout a round of play. Volunteers must be able to walk 18 holes of golf and carry the standard the entire time.
 
VOLUNTEER SERVICES

Greet and assist volunteersin the volunteer tent, help with uniform distribution pre-event, and fill-in where necessary on-course for various committees.
 
WALKING SCORERS
Walk with designated group throughout a round of play, recording strokes and statistics in a hand-held device. Must be able to walk 18 holes.
