A: The TwinEagles Club. Located at 11725 TwinEagles Boulevard in Naples.

Q: Is there special access for patrons with disabilities?
A: Handicapped parking is available in the General Spectator Lot. Handicapped shuttles are available and will drop off patrons at the Tournament’s Main Entrance. There will be an 18th Green viewing area accessible to patrons with disabilities.

Q: What is the price of tickets?
A: Please check back at a later date for ticket information.

Q: May I purchase tickets on-site?

A: We recommend saving yourself time on-site and ordering tickets online. However, tickets are also available for purchase at the Main Admissions Gate, where the shuttles bring spectators from general parking, or at local area PGA TOUR Superstore once available.

Q: Where is Will Call?

A: Will Call is located at the Main Admissions Gate and is operational Tuesday through Sunday of Event Week.

Q: Do children receive free admission?
A: Any child 17 years old and younger will receive free admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Q: What are the Admissions gates’ hours of operation?
A: Admission gates are open Tuesday through Sunday at 8:00 a.m. Admission gates are closed on Monday.

Q: What are the Spectator Shuttle hours of operation?

Q: Where is Spectator Parking located?
A: Please check back for updated 2018 parking location.

Q: How much does parking cost?
A: Parking costs $7 on-site. General parking passes will also be available online for $5 in advance.

Q: What days are concessions available?
A: Concessions are available Tuesday through Sunday. Only the main concessions tent located next to the Driving Range will be open Tuesday through Thursday. All concessions areas will be open Friday through Sunday.

Q: Are there ATMs onsite?
A: ATMs will be available onsite. Please check back for exact location details.

Q: Which PGA TOUR Champions Professionals are playing in the Chubb Classic?
A: Player announcements are made periodically on the homepage and a complete field list will be available the last Friday before the tournament.

Q: Are cameras or cell phones allowed?
A: Cameras are allowed Tuesday through Thursday, but not during official Championship play Friday through Sunday. Cell phones are allowed on tournament grounds but must be set to silent.

Q: Are outside food and beverage items permitted?
A: No food or beverages, containers, coolers, backpacks, or other large bags are permitted at the Chubb Classic. Food and drink will be available at concessions stands throughout the course. Beer will be available for purchase with proper identification.

Q: Would you tell me more about the qualifying rounds?
A: The Open Qualifier is managed by the South Florida Section of the PGA. Please visit sflorida.pga.com for more information. Results will be available online at www.ChubbClassic.com by Wednesday morning.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Please wear comfortable, soft-soled shoes. Golf spikes are strictly prohibited. Wear clothing and headgear that provide protection from the sun, and be mindful of the weather forecast in order to dress appropriately for the elements.
