Q: Where is the 2012 tournament being held?
A: The TwinEagles Club. Located at 11725 Twineagles Boulevard in Naples.
Q: Is there special access for patrons with disabilities?
A: Handicapped parking is available in the Clubhouse parking lot. Handicapped cars will be parked though the valet. An 18th Green viewing area is accessible to patrons with disabilities.

Q: What is the price of tickets?
A: The Ultimate Golf Experience Book, including discounted golf rounds and an ACE Group Classic week-long ticket, is available for $99. One-day tickets are $25 in advance ($30 at the gate) and week-long passes are $50 ($60 at the gate).

Q: Are there hospitality tickets available to the public?
A: Yes. The Zig Zag Lounge Skybox on the 18th green will be open Friday – Sunday. Ticket costs for one day are $100 and include open bar and all-you-can-eat buffet.

Q: May I purchase tickets on-site?
A: You can save yourself time on-site at the golf tournament and order tickets on this website. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the Admissions gate, where the shuttles will bring spectators from general parking or at local area golf shops. Please visit the ticket page for locations.

Q: Where is Will Call?
A: Will Call is located at the Admissions gate next to the Clubhouse and is operational Wednesday – Sunday of Tournament Week.

Q: Do children receive free admission?
A: Any child 17 and under will receive free admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Q: What are the Admissions gates’ hours of operation?
A:   Wednesday & Thursday, Admissions is operational from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Friday – Sunday, Admissions is operational from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Q: What are the Spectator Shuttle hours of operation?
A:   Monday 9:30am
Tuesday – Thursday – 7:30 a.m.
Friday – Sunday – 8:30 a.m.

Q: Where is Spectator Parking located?
A: General spectator parking is located at the Collier County Fairgrounds. Follow signs to “Spectator” parking, which will lead you 7 miles past TwinEagles. Once you arrive, continue to follow signs to “Spectator” parking. Shuttle buses will be taking spectators to and from the Admissions gate.

Q: How much does parking cost?
A: Parking at The ACE Group Classic costs $7.

Q: What days are concessions available?
A: Concessions are available Tuesday through Sunday. Only the main concessions tent behind the 18th hole will be open Tuesday – Thursday. All concessions tents will be open Friday – Sunday.

Q: Are there ATMs onsite?
A: ATMs are provided by Fifth Third Bank for your convenience. ATMs are located in the expo area by the tournament main gate and behind the clubhouse.

Q: Which Champions Tour Professionals are playing in the The ACE Group Classic?
A: Player announcements are made periodically on the homepage and a complete field list will be available after Friday, February 10.

Q: Are cameras or cell phones allowed?
A: Cameras are allowed Monday-Thursday, but not for tournament play Friday-Sunday. Cell phones are allowed on tournament grounds but must be set to silent.

Q: Are outside food and beverage items permitted?
A: No food or beverages, containers, coolers, backpacks, or other large bags are permitted at The ACE Group Classic. Food and drink will be available at concessions stands around the golf course. Beer will be available for purchase with proper identification.

Q: Would you tell me more about the qualifying rounds?
A: The Open Qualifier is managed by the South Florida Section of the PGA. Please visit sflorida.pga.com for more information. Results will be available on-line at www.acegroupclassic.com by Wednesday morning.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Please wear comfortable, soft-soled shoes. Golf spikes are strictly prohibited. Wear clothing and headgear that provide protection from the sun, and be mindful of the weather forecast in order to dress appropriately for the elements.
